TO SCHEDULE A DAYCARE RESERVATION:
All Daycare guests must have a reservation “request” in place by the close of business the previous day. Requests may be booked through your Customer Portal or by calling up Bark-A-Bout at (586)566-8900.
TO CANCEL A DAYCARE RESERVATION:
Bark-A-Bout Now Requires A Minimum 24-hour’s Notice For All Daycare 2.0 Cancellations!
Any Daycare 2.0 cancellation made inside the 24-hour window will be charged for the full cost of the reservation. Outstanding account balances must be paid in full upon arrival at the next visit.

AFTER-HOURS LATE PICK-UP
All pets must be picked up before closing time of 7:00pm (Monday – Saturday) and 3:00pm (Sunday).
It is very important, that if an emergency should occur and you are unable to pick up your pet before closing time, please give Bark-A-Bout a courtesy phone call to inform us of your anticipated late arrival. Unfortunately, this courtesy call does not waive late pick-up fees which will be due at pick-up.
LATE PICK-UP FEES:

30 minutes after closing your pet is considered a “No Show” and will be transferred into our overnight Pet Hotel and incur applicable fees listed below. You may pick up your dog as soon as our resort opens the following morning. Additionally, if you fail to pick up your dog during the normal Hotel Check-Out Hours the following day, you will incur an additional “Late Hotel Check-Out Fee” of $20.

On holidays we are closed we cannot accommodate arrivals and departures.

During holidays and peak season dates a $55 deposit is required in order to make a hotel reservation. This deposit is only refundable 2 weeks or more outside of your hotel drop-off date. A cancellation made inside the 2-week window will not receive a deposit refund. Also a $2 nightly Hotel Peak-Season surcharge will be applied. Unleash’d Members will have this surcharge waived.
