Ivy and Charlie came to their family in two completely different (but equally adorable) ways. Ivy arrived first—an 8-week-old Labradoodle from northern Michigan who immediately claimed her royal throne on the couch 👑. Charlie? A true Facebook miracle. One look at that sweet face, and it was love at first scroll. He was home the very next day, surprising the whole family—and from the moment these two met, it was clear they were meant to be siblings.

These two are twice-a-week daycare regulars here at Bark-A-Bout, where they socialize with their besties Bogey and Bailey… and basically act like they own the place 😉🐾

Charlie is a certified snow connoisseur ❄️ At home, he’ll ring the backdoor bell, march outside, and dramatically belly-flop into the snow just to savor the chill on his black nose. Ivy? She is a full-fledged sun-worshipping princess ☀️✨ Warm paws only, please. If it’s raining, she will politely decline potty time and wait until the weather improves to her standards.

Beach days are their absolute favorite! They dig heroic sand tunnels, lounge under the shade tent, and graciously accept hand-fed carrots and blueberries as chilled treats 🥕. At home, they lovingly guard their two human sisters, barking at suspicious sounds like tiny, fluffy sentinels on duty.

And just like their mom, Ivy and Charlie are not morning people 😴 They’re usually ready for bed by 8:00 p.m. and will absolutely let you know when it’s tuck-in time.

They are the paw’fect mix of adventure, mischief (especially at Bark-A-Bout!), loyalty, and long sunny naps. We adore watching their sibling bond grow and can’t wait to see what shenanigans they get into next.
